OPENING HOURS

WINTER OPENING HOURS

From Monday to Saturday from  09 am to 20 pm Sunday from 10 am to 18:00

SUMMER OPENING HOURS

Every day  from 09:00h. to 21:00h.

The opening hours may depend on the season and occupancy of the centre.

CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

Access to the wellness area and outdoor pool is restricted to people over 14 years.

Access to children is only allowed in the beach area as long as the price of the hammock has been paid. This allows the bath in the infinity pool for over 14 years accompanied by their parents. We reserve the right to request identification of children to verify the stipulated age.

RESERVATIONS

Spa services should be scheduled in advance. Our phone from your room is 1801 and our telephone for outside calls is +34 951 053 990. When you make a reservation, please give information on any health condition, such as allergies, physical conditions and pregnancy. Some of our services must be avoided during pregnancy, but others can be provided without complications. Prices do include VAT. Clients not staying at the Hotel must contact the Spa reception desk, in order to provide credit card data as guarantee for the reservation.

ARRIVAL TIME AND RELAXATION

We recommend that all clients who are planning to receive a treatment arrive 10 minutes before the appointment, in order to change clothes, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. Please keep in mind that late arrival will mean less treatment time.

SPA REGULATIONS

Please leave all your belongings in the locker provided or in the room, as the establishment is not responsible. The Spa environment is an area of relaxation and peace. Please respect the right to privacy of all users. With this aim, we ask you to maintain a proper tone of voice and to keep your mobile phones silent. Smoking is prohibited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to change or cancel  your reservation, you should communicate at least 6  hours in advance directly with the reception of the SPA to avoid the charge of 100% of the  reserved treatment.
